Laparoscopy Surgery

Laparoscopic surgery is a safe and painless surgical procedure. Due to this, the patient does not suffer much after the operation and goes home as soon as possible after the operation. It is also called day-care surgery in which the patient is able to walk and do his work within 24 hours after the operation.

For laparoscopic surgery, the patient is first shifted to OT. Anesthesia (sedation) is then given. After this, first of all, carbon dioxide gas is filled by piercing the patient's stomach with a port, due to which the patient's stomach becomes bloated.

After this, with the help of three more holes, one to HD camera and two through two holes are inserted surgical instruments. With the help of the console, the doctor monitors every movement of the instruments inside the abdomen and removes the part which is the cause of the disease.

Therefore considered safe

With laparoscopy surgery, successful operation of the gallbladder (gallbladder), pelvis, upper and lower GI tract, thorax surgery, appendix, large and small intestine with a hernia is possible.

The patient's recovery is faster in the operation with laparoscopy. Before deciding on this surgery, it is decided on the basis of the condition of the patient, his health, and the severity of the disease. This surgery is much simpler than open surgery and the patient does not have to take long bed rest.

Looks like one to 1 and a 1.5 mm incision

In this surgery, one to one and a half cm is placed on the patient's stomach. A small round incision (incision) is made. After the operation, two to three stitches are required to close it.

Whereas in open surgery, an incision of five to fifteen inches is made. In open surgery, the patient has to rest for 25 to 30 days. Along with the risk of infection in the suture, it also becomes troublesome due to its rupture due to any reason.
